Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil Balanced has a herbaceous smell reminiscent of tomato stalks and fresh cut grass. Although its aroma is moderately pronounced, one can perceive a touch of bitterness typical of extra virgin olive oils. This velvety oil is ideal to prepare ratatouille, sundried tomatoes and polenta.
Our Olive Oil is GMO-Free and naturally rich in omega-9 monounsaturated fatty acid, recognized in the Mediterranean diet. It contains polyphenols which are natural antioxidants.
