Recommended Use: A little of this salve goes a long way towards restoring dry, damaged hands to their former glory. For very dry skin, slather some on before bedtime and slip your hands into cotton gloves to let the balm do its work while you sleep.
Recommended Dosage: Shake well. Mist 5-10 sprays over your body 15 minutes prior to sleep. Spray onto clean skin, focusing on sore areas. Great for muscle tension, insomnia and promoting relaxation. Avoid broken or freshly shaven skin.
