Recommended Dosage: Patchouli is an aromatic herb native to Indonesia and Malaysia that is commonly used in perfumery. The essential oil is produced by distilling the leaves, which must be aged in barrels for months to lose their bitterness.Topical (Adults): Mix 1 to 2 drops in 1/2 tsp. tea (2.5ml) of vegetable oil; apply locally, 3 times daily. Inhalation (Nervous System): Add 4-12 drops to a bowl of warm water or a diffuser. Inhale slowly for 5-10 minutes.
