Eden - Pizza/Pasta Sauce

A thick spreadable sauce for pizza or pasta made from organic Roma tomatoes with organic Spanish extra virgin olive oil, a bit of Eden sea salt, and all organic herbs and organic spices. Only made once a year at harvest from fresh tomatoes. Use it on oven baked burritos, enchiladas, polenta, as bread dip, and in soups and stews. A good source of fiber and antioxidant vitamins A and C. Provides 7.2mg of the antioxidant lycopene per serving.
