Red quinoa is nutty and mild in flavor, while fluffy and tender with a slight crunch in texture. Quinoa can easily replace other starches, and makes for a delicious and colorful side dish, salad, and even dessert! Generally, quinoa cooks in approximately
18 minutes, and for every 1 cup of quinoa, use 2 cups of liquid.
