Our Jerusalem artichoke powder is great for supporting gut health and a diverse microbiome. It contains over half of prebiotic inulin fibre per serving, naturally. It's also rich in iron and B vitamins. With its earthy, slightly sweet flavour, it is perfect to stir into porridge or mix into baked goods like cookies and cakes. Our small-batch powder is made from whole Jerusalem artichoke tubers. It is naturally high in inulin without losing any of the complementary minerals and vitamins which are discarded in processed inulin powders.
