We have a firm No Cancellation policy. In order to assure accurate stock and timely delivery, placing an order immediately initiates the fulfillment from our suppliers. Please take a moment to ensure your order is complete before submitting

We do not encourage anyone to email personal or financial information to Bulk Food Box, and Bulk Food Box is not responsible for and will not be liable to you or anyone else for any damages in connection with an email sent by you to Bulk Food Box or an email sent by Bulk Food Box to you at your request.

Offers, Discounts & Coupon Limitations
Promotional offers, discounts and coupons can be used at Bulk Food Box where applicable/available. Promotional offers can include but are not limited to first-time orders discounts, loyalty programs, or others where applicable. Compare at prices are based of retail pricing at local Edmonton natural health food stores. Bulk Food Box reserves the right to deny, cancel and/or withhold discounts/referral credits at any time due to misuse or for any other reason, at our sole discretion.
Refund Policy
Bulk Food Box will provide a 100% refund for defective, damaged or incorrect products. We do not provide a refund for taste preferences.
A wrong product was ordered: In case of an incorrect product order, we can offer a credit in the form of a coupon code. However, to be eligible for this credit, the product must be unopened and unused, and you need to contact us within five days of placing your order.
A wrong product was sent: we will exchange it at our shipping cost. We require a product that was sent to be returned, again, at our shipping cost.
Best Before Date: We guarantee that any products purchased will have at least 25 days before their best before date unless otherwise noted in specific product descriptions.
Shipping Policy
We will not be held liable for damages to products after we have delivered your products. Damages can include but are not limited to thawing, freezing, & theft that may occur. Please ensure that you are able to receive your products or they will be left at your front door. Our pickup location is open Monday to Wednesday 9 AM - 5 PM, Thursday to Friday 9 AM- 6 PM, and closed on Weekends and Statutory Holidays.
